Ground shipping to one location is included in your per-piece price. That means your quote already covers:

If selected at checkout, the upgraded shipping cost will be:

Shipping Details to Know

• One Shipping Location Included
  Each order includes delivery to one address. At this time, we do not support multiple ship-to locations.
• Contiguous U.S. Only
  We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
• Reliable Delivery
  Orders are packed carefully and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Production & Delivery Timing

Our standard production turnaround time is 10 to 15 business days after final proof approval.

Shipping time is not included in this production window. Transit time will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. This allows you to follow your shipment and stay updated on delivery timing.

If Your Package Doesn’t Arrive

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@fieldandthreads.com.

We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace or investigation where applicable.

Please note that once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes, we will advocate on your behalf and help guide next steps toward a resolution.
